REFCLOSE command
Closes the reference drawing editor.

Description
Closes the reference drawing editor, used to edit externally-referenced files in the current drawing session.
Note: This command can only be used after the REFEDIT command has
commenced.
Methods
There are 2 methods to close the reference drawing editor:
- Save
- Discard
Options
- Save
- Saves the Reference drawing including the changes.
- Discard
- Saves the Reference drawing without saving the changes.
