Generates parameters for a detail.

Description
Generates parameters for a detail in order to easily change dimensions, angles, etc.
Note: Use this command in the detail file, not in a project.
Detail files are saved in the folder, and its subfolders, which is defined by
the DETAILSPATH system variable. By default, this is
C:\ProgramData\Bricsys\Details\.
Note: The parameters and constraints can be edited in the
Mechanical Browser.
