PASTEORIG command

Pastes entities from the clipboard into a different drawing.

Note: Before you can use this command, first use the COPYCLIP or COPYBASE commands to copy entities from the current drawing.

Description

Pastes CAD entities from the Clipboard into a different drawing using the coordinates of the entities in the source drawing. PASTEORIG comes from "paste at original coordinates".

Note: This command does not paste entities back into the source drawing.
