Creates a circle tangent to three entities that can include lines, polyline segments, polyarcs, circles, arcs, xlines or rays.

There is one method to begin creating a circle with three tangents:

Enter Tangent spec
Begin creating a circle by selecting a tangent point on the first entity then:

Select a tangent point on the second entity.

Select a tangent point on the third entity.
