Inside diameter of donut
Begin creating a donut by specifying its inside diameter then:
Outside diameter of donut
Specify the outside diameter of the donut.
Center of donut
Specify the center of the donut to place it in the
drawing. You can continue placing donuts of the same size until you
press Enter to end the command.

Begin creating a donut by specifying its width then:
First point on diameter
Specify a point on the diameter.
Second point on diameter
Specify the second point on the diameter.
