Edits an alignment.

Method
Select a horizontal or vertical alignment to edit.
Options
- Add Pi
- Adds a Pi Point to the alignment.
- Remove Pi
- Removes a Pi point.
- changes Tin surface
- Changes the Tin surface of the alignment by adding additional TIN surface.
